Well as far as winning them it seems to take awhile to get into your account. The chats usually get you little or no points because you are not viewing a bunch of different things. As far as making points I just view, comment, & rate as much as I can. If you have your own things up and add posts, videos, or pictures (something!) everyday then you have people viewing your stuff.
